I hate writing reviews, but i have to admit this needed a review! Amazing would be an understatement! From the time I walked into the office, I was greeted by Camila and Rick, and I immediately felt welcomed. They were so polite, very attentive, checked me in, offered me a beverage and told me how long my wait would be. Rick checked on me periodically and made sure I was doing okay, and they made me feel like he knew I was anxious and genuinely cared. I Was then greeted by Brittany and Dr. Jennifer Valle, Brittany took my xrays and was so gentle and made me feel comfortable. We had a great conversation about Japan which eased my dental anxiety sooo much. Brittany was sooo knowledgeable and had a professional and friendly demeanor! While waiting for Dr. Valle to view my xray, another employee named Javi came into my room, and he also help eased my anxiety. He talked to me about my cat and it completely distracted me. Dr. Valle not only treated me, but also educated me about my gum health. She was soo knowledgeable and I genuinely left me feeling like I knew exactly what is going on with my oral health which I have never had that before. Not too mention her bedside manner was unmatched! I found my new dental home and this excites me!
